Game logging back into desktop. Help please

My gaming has been greatly disrupted by the nasty tendency for the game to temporarily log back to desktop and minimize my game for 2-3 seconds. Which has caused my quite a few deaths and some frustration. Any tips would be appreciated. I also have a minor oc of 100mz of my core and 115 on my memory.
