Cloned OS from hdd to ssd

So I cloned Windows from hdd to ssd and when i go to disk management I still have the EFI partition on my hdd even though i format it. Any help? 

Disk 0 ssd

This will properly wipe the partitions and format the HDD

Disconnect the original HDD and confirm your new SSD is bootable. Then, connect the HDD and directly delete partitions on it and create a new one.

Probably Windows Disk Management doesn't allow you to delete these partitions, if so, you need to use partition software, you can try minitool, easeus, or aomei partition program to delete&create partition.
