Hi,

I've just reset my HP Omen laptop to factory settings as I'm selling it but what I didn't do before hand was format the storage drive that's also in the laptop.

Will the reset have formatted that as well as the boot disk?

Don't really want to have to go through the setup process to check

Cheers

It probably did a quick format. If you want to make sure someone can't recover data from it, you could try filling up the drive with junk files, then deleting them, or using some software to make sure it's wiped (usually by just writing 0s).
