Looking for rack mount case

I am trying to find a rack mount case and I can't seem to find what I am looking for.  Optimally, I would like something similar to an empty Storinator.  I can't seem to find anything like it.  I am finding basically regular computer cases in a rackmount chassis.  Would like a minimum of 12 3.5" drives and any motherboard size.  Water cooling availability would be handy but not required.  Links to reviews of recommended product would be great.  Thanks for any advice.

I have had the same problem. I own a couple of cheaper rackmount cases, but they lack the options/quality that I'd really like to see. I have been much happier with buying older servers from supermicro and replacing the internals. I like that I get to keep the nice quality case and hot swap drive bays, and the fact that they sometimes come with mounting rails. Might want to look into these?

Yeah thats what I thought about doing also as last resort.  But was hoping to stay away from those.
