Streaming speed

So I’m starting to stream and i have a 11mbps upload speed what quality do you recommend i stream on. I’m streaming on Twitch.

I stream using nvidia band it gives me the option to have a bitrate from 1-18. I want to stream at 720p 60fps what should I choose.

6 Mbps, because that's the most Twitch accepts. Whether or not 720p 60 FPS looks good or not depends on how much is going on. See:
