Run JunPus High-Performance  and some random blue pads off ebay. The stuff being cooled by a pad aren't gonna notice the minimla different between the pad.

llt just did a video on some top tier pad, should get that.

Suggest me some good thermal pads for gpu

First things first, you need to know the thickness of the thermal pads that your graphics card uses. Depending on the manufacturer and the model, they can range from 0.5 mm to over 2 mm. If you are not sure, you should disassemble your GPU and measure the thickness near the side of such a pad. Do not measure the thickness in the middle, since that spot has been squished flat between the VRAM and the cooler.

Once you know the thickness, you basically can't go wrong from there. As @Mick Naughty already mentioned, you could go for the expensive branded stuff like JunPlus High-Performance pads or simply buy some off eBay. They work equally well for those applications.
