I am honestly getting sick and tired of games that are mostly based on RNG. What is a good game that isn't like that, and not one of those monotonous grinding games...

Any games? Okay I'll suggest a variety of great games that have no RNG.

Strategy: Starcraft 2, Civ 5

FPS: Crysis 1,2, and 3 (3 is my favorite), Doom 2016, Battlefield 4 or 1, Farcry 5, Halflife 1 and 2, CSGO.

Racing: Project Cars 2, Rocket League

RPG: Fallout 3 and New Vegas, Skyrim.

Fighting: Dragon Ball FighterZ

MOBA: League of Legends.

Good choices.

If you haven't played BioShock I can highly recommend the series.

Dead by daylight can be quite fun, they have free weekends every so often so you could try then.

Battlefield is absolutely RNG. Arma is not.
