Seems good, but if you can do a 2600, that would be a good step up. The B450 boards are slowly rolling out, so I'd get one of those and a 2600 if the budget allows. If it doesn't, your system would be fine with a 450W PSU, so if you can find something like the EVGA 450BT for cheap, I'd recommend that. Quality PSU, enough for your system, and cheaper.

@Fixinit1 Ok about the the 2600 here in India  the 2600 is like $25 dollars and 2600X like $65 more than a 1600

Is it worth those $25  for 10% performance boost. Also 1600 with wraith spire instead of wraith spire coming with 2600(i will be doing overclocking to 1600)

And about PSU will a corsair corsair vs450 (450 Watts)good enough ? Its reliable as I know MANY people using the same power supply and being satisfied with it

Get 2 sticks of ram, and buy a CX450 from Corsair.

You really want to run dualchannel memmory with Ryzen. It loves ramspeed, and singlechannel doesnt cut it. 2933-3200mhz ram is also recommended. But 2400mhz is fine as long as it dual-channel

ok updated the build got a 2 sticks of crucial 2400mhz 4gm ram and a corsair vs450 psu

Using sticks of memory bought separately has a small chance of memory not being able to operated in dual channel mode. To eliminate that possibility, get a matched pair, i.e. a 2x4GB memory kit.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

Really? I've never heard that before. As long as the timings and speeds are the same, everything should function as expected. These are the same brand and model, so it's more or less the same as buying two that come in one package anyway.

I'd go for the 2600. Seems like a worth while investment. They both come with the same cooler, so there shouldn't be any difference there. If you've got the money for a 2600X go for it, but I don't really see any reason to go for the 1600 if you can afford the 2600. Small price increase, reasonable performance boost.

...

Not so. In multi-channel kits the sticks are actually tested for electrical compatibility. There is a non-zero probability that separately purchased modules, (despite having the same model number), will not operate in dual channel. The small price premium of a dual channel kit seems worth eliminating the possibility.
