I have an Acer Aspire V5-573G  from 2013.

Specifications:

CPU-Core i7-4500U
GPU- Nvidia GT 750M

RAM- 8gb DDR3

OS- Windows 10 build 1803

Never had any issues with this but recently after updating my nvidia drivers from geforce experience, i atarted getting a BSOD saying it was a driver power state failure.

i have seen this before on my friends laptop but in his case removing the driver and reinstalling it worked.
in my case nothing is working. even tried different versions of the driver.

I do not want to reset my laptop.

only way i can use it right now is for basic things using safe mode and thats it.

EDIT: For all the drivers i tried, I did a clean install using DDU in Safe Mode.

Any help would be appreciated.

if you just run off the default windows drivers, do you get the BSODs?

yes every time any nvidia driver is installed i get a bsod.

sounds like maybe something could be wrong with your drive. If you open command prompt in admin mode and do sfc /scannow Let it run and see if it returns any errors.
