Should I overvolt the CPU core voltage or the social voltage?

I'm currently trying to overclock a Ryzen 3 1300x on an MSI b350 tomahawk plus, and I'm going to overvolt the CPU but I don't know which voltage to adjust: the core voltage or the soc voltage

Core voltage is what you want to adjust.

SoC does not stand for "Social" it stands for "System On Chip", and you wanna adjust CPU Core voltage, no need to touch the other voltages when you're overclocking the CPU only by raising the multiplier, if you're raising the BCLCK then that's a different story.
