PC Wont Boot

Asus X370 Pro MOBO

Strix GTX 1080ti 

16gb Ram

1tb HDD

128gb ssd

 

Hey guys around a month ago my PC stopped booting and I tried fixing the problem but to no avail. Today I tried seeing if it would work again but this was not the case once again. I really want to fix it and it's really frustrating that it no longer boots. When I turn on the PSU the motherboard lights on and once I press the power button the LED fans turn on for a split second and then turn off again and nothing else happens. I tried replugging all the cables which didn't help either. And I am about to do the paperclip test on my PSU. Could anyone please help me fix my PC

Unplug all the cables on the PSU and plug them back in. If that does nothing, get an alternative PSU and test it. If it works, return your faulty PSU to warranty, or buy a new one if it isn't.

So it would most likely be the PSU that is faulty?

I bought the PSU from Amazon so I am not sure if there is warranty

Did the paperclip test the PSU fan did not turn on so it must be the PSU that is dead.
