SSD cheap??

These are those cheap ones you can find on eBay and Aliexpress right? I'm sure you'll have varying success, with SSD's it's largely get what you pay for, these are likely manufacturer rejects from larger name brand companies. These smaller companies in china buy them up real cheap and sell them. They are probably not all bad, but one manufacturer has already rejected them so keep that in mind.

Desktop: i9 11900k, 32GB DDR4, 4060 Ti 8GB 🙂

They'll probably work, but I don't know how well, and for how long. I wouldn't risk your money. Buy a slightly more expensive one, from a reputable brand.
