domain problem

if anyone can help then pls do :)

 

so i got my self my own domain and hosting and it was working for me for quite a while then i got this:

And this only displays for me, others can acces my domain without a problem.The only way i have been able to acces it is via VPN.

(no i did not ip ban myself,Yes i cleared my Cache/Cookies, Yes i reinstalled my browser, Yes i have restarted my router.)
