Will I be able to Stream

I am not new to gaming on a PC, but I am new to twitch/streaming and am clueless on everything about it. 

 

So here's the question.

 

Will I be able to stream 1080p60 with an i7-8700K GTX 1080 16GB (3000Mhz) DDR4

 

Also some clue on how much FPS I would average on games such as Rust / H1Z1 / Fortnite / PUBG / Overwatch.

Dont ultra, just pick high all and if you got some problem while streaming put to medium shadows-postprocesing-effects
