Slow Browsing Speed

Hello,

 

Most of the time my browsing speed is verry slow. So slow i cant even visit a page. It is weird because when i run a speed test it tells me i got 390 mbps. I also dont have the problem while using the spotify app or playing games. My connection only 'acts' slow when i am using any type of webbrowser (tried google chrome and edge, even with all extensions disabled (guest))

I tried a couple of different dns servers but without succes.

does this still happen when booted from a linux live distro or with a fresh install?

 I tried a fresh windows instalation and the problem still occurs. I think it has to do something with my router configuration but i dont have much knowladge about these things. I installed a seccond router in a little house in our garden but thats about a year ago and never had any problems so i doubt that could be the case. Also am i the only one in our household dealing with the problem. My connection on my phone works fine, so does my brother's pc also have 0
