problemas con el EZPLUG

Hi, everyone, I'm having problems with the EZPLUG connector of an asus rampage apex vi, when I plugged in the 7 molex chip from the source, the computer does not turn on, I have a seasonic of 850, two gtx 980 matrix, two ssd m.2 , 1 disc and coolers. What can cause the motherboard to short?

And if you disconnect that cable, does the board power up normally?
