What case is this?

It keeps showing up in the ad spot for the Thermaltake View 37, but it certainly is not a Thermaltake View 37.

 

It has a few identifying features like the tempered glass, strange PCI slot covers, and the 80mm rear fan. Anyone know what it is?

Already checked both of their websites with no luck. The PCI slot covers don't look like any I've ever seen from either of those manufacturers anyway. Also, the case actually looks fairly cheap to me. I don't think its a high-end model.
