ITX w/vertical GPU?

Hello,

 

I was wondering if there was a (preferrably) mini ITX case with vertcially mounted GPU bracket that would would allow for a watercooling loop?

Originally I was to use the NZXT H200, but I wanted to turn things up a notch esthetically with the vertical GPU. I know mini ITX is a strech, so any smaller uATX cases are also in play- I'd just prefer them to be under 36cm in height (or even 40cm for that matter, but still, the smaller the better).
