hey, i run my cpu at 5.2ghz @1.325v very happily, and i could run two of those cores at 5.3ghz and still be stable. Should i? would it ever make a difference in games or even anything?

Thanks

The difference between 5.3GHz and 5.2GHz is < 2%. So you're killing potentially 50% of the total processor performance for < 2% single threaded performance.

What i meant is i would be running two cores at 5.3ghz and the other two at 5.2ghz, sorry for not making it especially clear :)

Well again, 5.3 GHz is a < 2% increase over 5.2 GHz. You'll see no appreciable performance gains.
