Could you tell me where that plug gets into my motherboard. 

 

Mainboard: MSI B350M PRO-VDH

 

Case MS-Tech CA-0335

Thats molex. You wont need it unless your using adapters or other items like LED strips.

And that wouldn't be connected to motherboard, but PSU.
