Cant hear audio !!!

Hi guys yesterday my windows audio went off while i was gaming . cant hear game or movies through my speakers  but when i plug in my headsets i can hear everything. Iam using windows 10 . i also have windows 8.1 on my other hard drive so when i get into that it is fine i can hear everything

whats your setup?

the headset is USB?

your normal speakers are connected to a soundcard or the motherboard via 3.5 mm jack?

checked cable connection?

checked windows audio settings?

trieed deactivating the audio device that the speakers are connected to and reactivate it again?

volume controll checked for the device in question?

Try to look in --> sound <-- and see if your setting for headphones ( speakers ) as changes

 

Go start  ( icon on keyboard )

Type -> sound 

There are several options after you type -->sound

You can choose volume ect ..

thanks mate the problem was that my headsets were default so when i put my speakers as default problem fixed . thanks alot
