I am looking for a mechanical keyboard with Cherry MX Blues and with a regular layout [so with a numpad and arrow keys] and a backlight.

I am looking at the Blackwidow 2013 but i have seen many bad reviews on Newegg and Amazon, and i also heard it's overpriced and that the software is crap.

Kinda like the Quickfire TK but it's not a regular layout :(

I am on a Blackwidow right now and I can't wait to replace it. It's not necessarily BAD it's just that there are much more premium options for about the same price. Something like the Das Professional is what I am hoping to get.

Too expensive and hard to get here.

If the quickfire XT is out, that's basically a TK in standard layout like you want.

*edit* it is out http://www.amazon.com/CM-Storm-QuickFire-XT-Mechanical/dp/B00EHBECAW

Feel free to message me if you want to chat!

It doesn't have a backlight :'(

What about the Ducky DK2018s?  available in the 4 main Cherry MX switches with blue or orange backlight. Typing on one right now (cherry mx brown) and it's build like an absolute tank! The Ducky SIII is also avaiable from that site.

EDIT: Just noticed not all switches are available right now :(, if you like orange you're in luck, otherwise maybe try e-mailing them.

I didn't buy the quickfire tk for the size, I bought it for the price it amazes me how amazing the build quality is, can't flex it at all.

Spin that cock! What has that to do with a chicken? [i know that video]

Anyway, yeah, the price is very low for a mechanical keyboard, but are you used to the arrows and numpad in one?

Yeah they are easy to get used to. I mean, how often do you use your arrow keys.
