gaming headset Turtle Beach Stealth 700 question

Hey everyone,

In this tutorial, made by Turtle Beach itself (link below), they are explaining how to setup the Turtle Beach Stealth 700 for the Playstation 4. One thing that I didn't understand about it was at 4:42; They let the 'output to headphones' on 'Chat Audio', instead of putting it on 'All Audio', what you would expect, because you want all the sound coming through the headset and not just the voices of the people you are playing with, right?

Can someone explain to me why they let it on Chat Audio? Because I'm pretty curious about it and I'll probably get this headset. 

BTW, share your opinions and experiences with this headset if you have it. I want to know what you think about it.

I'd recommend getting a bog standard set of headphones with an in line mic. Then again, at some point Sony decided they didn't like that people could just use their own so they actually updated that out... don't know if they rescinded that or if it effected all headphones, but it certainly stopped both of mine...

My experience with Turtle Beach is very poor, they're incredibly uncomfortable and the sound is awful.
