Shadowplay broken

So for months i have been trying to stream to youtube using shadowplay and it just does not work. I follow all instructions and it dosnt work. it wont let me changde any settings in Broadcast, ALT F8 does nothing either. Nothing works!!

I was hoping it would be less laggy than OBS which is what i use at the moment. But so far I havnt even been able to change the settings!! Please help.

What on earth is NVENC? Never even heard of it

It's a hardware encoder? Built into at least modern nvidia GPUs

Under Output>Encoder Change X264 to NVENC, that makes OBS use your GPU rather than your CPU
