Laptop Memory question

Hello,

 

I am looking to upgrade my laptop’s memory, however, I am struggling to understand what memory would be compatible since there is no memory compatibility list published on acer.com

 

My laptop is Acer V5-573G-74508G1Trail

SNID: 35004356876

 

I tried installing a 1.35V SODIMM, but the computer wouldn't turn on at all.

Installing a 1.5V SODIMM results in a normal boot, but it does not get detected.

 

I don't have a 1.8V one, however am I probably having a faulty memory or is it something else?

Easiest bet is look-up the model number on the sticker on the ram (provided there is one) that should tell you everything you need to know. Then look for that but in a higher capacity.

Unfortunately the machine only has 4GB soldiered on the motherboard. It's 1600MHz but I've no clue as to what voltage
