msi r9 380 4gb 2 monitors + ultrawide

I got a msi r9 380 4gb and was wondering if using 3 monitors with one being a Dell P3418HW and the other two being Acer B246HYLA is posible i know that it can suport 3 monitors but i dont know if it can support the resolution
