They clearly think some of the information given does not line up, and the purchase is fraudulent. I don't see the big deal here, they obviously have a system to detect fraud, and for some reason the OP set it off. They obviously have a vested interest in preventing fraudulent purchases and identity theft. Provide them the data to verify identity, or buy from someone else.
