I recently replaced the back of my XMG P505 P651SE. Since then there's a stripe of my display which is not displaying colours correctly. I already tried reinstalling my graphics drivers. I'm pretty sure it's a hardware problem since it goes away if I apply pressure to the upper right back of the screen and appears again if I apply pressure on the top right front of the screen. I've included some pictures of the fault. Do you have any idea on how to fix it DIY?.

Nope, I bought it used and it has worked just fine for some months now.

does it have any visual damage? it could have been dropped or something...

to address the issue, this is either a broken display cable, or the display itself having issues. both of which requite the whole display assembly to be taken apart.

you could take it to a repair shop and have someone fix it..
