Game feels choppy and laggy ONLY when streaming

Whenever I just play normally, my game feels completely fine with around average of 150 fps *Fortnite*. But when I stream, I still get around 140-150 FPS but it feels choppier and not smooth. I use a GTX 1060 and I5 6600K oc'd to 4.4 and 16gb ram.

In that video is shown how while you might get high framerate, it's not everything. Whilst Ryzen gets lower FPS, viewers actually get a smoother stream.

6c/12t is better for streaming than 6c/6t and I would imagine that your 4c/4t CPU is affected even worse.

no, its at around 90-95

You checked your thermals maybe you're thermal throtteling?
