How do I communicate with this guy?

So I have a friend on Steam, who's a very good medic in TF2, and he's just a nice guy in general. I want to give him some items in TF2, and when I asked which ones he wanted, he told me. The problem is that he's Russian, and he uses a translator to talk to me and understand what I'm telling him. Thing is, this means I don't know what items he wants since the translator messes up the names of the items. If anyone here has any guesses as to what items these are, I'd really appreciate it:

1. Avalanche Jacket

2. Killer Jewelry

3. Vest Joyous

4. Passionate Pathfinder

Ask him to send you a trade offer of things he'd want?

The item name isn't universal?

 

The easiest way is to ask him look for items that he wanted on market and link that to you.

Yeah, that's what I'm thinking. At the moment I'm seeing if he can just send me a trade offer with the items he wants.

Beyond the obvious "rush B cyka blyat", I mean actual words in the language. Also not counting food names such as blin, cheburek, semechki, shashlik, vodka, etc.
