I looking for some new speakers cuz` my old logitech z506 are dying ( when i plug in the headphones and then I unplug them the speakers just don`t work , i have to wait like 1-2 days until they randomly start working again , it does`t matter if i turn them on or off)

I was looking something in the price range of the z906 ( 1300 RON = 326 $ , here in Romania ) .

What do you think about them?

I want to game on them casual games cuz for fps games i use my headphones

Are they good at powering my ATH-M50x ?

Do they have a good bass or at last f*ing loud? cuz i want my neighbour to know when i listen my music

And the be okey for movies ( for when i come with my gf to "watch" movies.

Do you have other suggestions? , here we have only the mainstream stuff, cuz first i wanted some audiophile speakers but they are really expensive and hard to find.

The only experience I have with the Z906 is in store so I never really cranked it, however it is pretty much the standard plug'n'play solution for PC 5.1 support.

My brother had the z623's which had an absurd amount of bass. In our medium sized home he'd play God Of War 3 (Specifically the voice of Hades) in the living room which would rattle my windows and door down the hall.

Anything else "audiophile" grade can really start to introduce headaches with the Windows support. I will say though that for the best audio you want all those little 3.5 audio jacks, as the SPDIF only gives compressed surround.
