Display driver crashes randomly

Hello guys, So yesterday i decided to reinstall windows, All was great for about 4 hours, Then i randomly started getting GPU driver crashes; Which is weird because it didn't happen before the install, Anyways i've uninstalled and reinstalled the driver about 3 times; Still no luck, I've even got the radeon software that they recommend. Could there be something else wrong with my system drivers,? What could the issue possible be? I'm ignorant on the software side of computers, thank's in advance!
My GPU: r9 390
CPU: I5 6600k
Ram: Forgot the name but i have 24GB of ram
IOS: Windows 8.1
