Entry Level to Mid-Range Gaming PC

I am trying to build a nice budget pc for gaming and I want it to handle most tasks very easily. I have a budget of $1000 and I am located in the USA. The maximum I would go over my budget would be $50.

I already have a good monitor and won't need and os to be bought.

I am upgrading because I don't have a really good computer. My best computer is a MacBook Air Early 2015 and I want to game so I chose to upgrade.

No need to have the Ryzen APU with a dedicated GPU. Get a Ryzen 5 1600/2600 with 6 cores and 12 threads. Thats your best choice.

That would run on 350W lol, and it has a 550

I don't want any less than 16GB ram because I have a laptop with 8GB but since this going to be gaming I want at least 16GB

The 1070 Ti will do you more good than 16GB of RAM. Many games still don't use up 8GB.

It'll probably use ~330W

I am kind of fixed on being at 16Gb ram only because of the amount of multitasking that will be happening with that machine.

You have two options:

 

1. Cripple gaming performance

2. Have 8GB of RAM

 

If you want the 16GB take the 1070 Ti and swap it with the cheapest GTX 1060 6GB/RX 580
