Open hardware monitor or hwinfo64 should work for monitoring PC temps.

I recommend hwinfo64 works for me.

depends on your CPU. For intels, as far as I know, I think the threshold would be high 80s. You could push it to 90s but I think degradation will occur.

Depends on the current profiles that are set for everything. If you don’t know what they are, or have not been currently watching the temps, why worry about it?

 

Youll know if there’s an issue when it shuts down on you.
