Im not sure if you can or not on that CPU, cause I dont own nor really know that much about laptop CPUs. My guess is to go into the bios when starting up your laptop and see if you can change the core clock of the CPU or multiplier

You can't overclock that skew but you can download intel xtu and monitor temps and see if clockspeeds are throttling. In a Dell g7 I was able to get sustained boost speeds of 3.9-4.0ghz up from 3.3-3.6ghz in game and a boost in cinebench scores from 919cb to 1205cb from only lowering cpu voltage and increasing turbo time and power limit.

Which values especifically? I can't get a stable config for more than 40 min before blue screen

In Intel's XTU application you cannot overclock this CPU but you can adjust turbo boost settings or underclock it. Sad thing, a Ryzen 7 2700U in a Lenovo 330S-15ARR gets 1400 in cinebench R20

I mean using the intel extreme tuning utility you can do quite a bit actually. And I am assuming this is pretty good for a dell G3-3779

Yeah no overclocking.

Haven't used this in a long time but on my old laptops I just used throttle stop to lock the cou to it's boost clocks. That's about all you can do.

Yeah you are really close to a 7700K which should even be better in games for you.
