iPhone 6s+ Battery Problem

Today at work my phone restarted itself and was at 2% from 76%. Then Restarted 3 more times at 1% and then wouldn't charge (Boot loop). And now, at home, its plugged in and charging and the battery health reads 19% worn (good). So, what happened and should i be worried?

What does the battery report say in the battery tab in settings? That is the only place you should look at for battery related issues.

Im on iOS11.1
