Fans are loud 100% on idle ?

i've brought a Asus M3A78-CM (AM2+ i think) Used and the CPU fan is like at Normal Speed But the Chassis fan are So loud 

Where is the Problem ?

Cpu fan is like 4Pins but the Chassis is 3 Pins (i have 3pins and 4pins fans, they are both loud)

What fans do you have and which headers did you plug them into?

Have you tried changing any fan settings?

You should be able to use Speedfan on that board if Asus' own software/BIOS doesn't provide solution. 3pin fans are at 100% with case fan headers by default.
