Hello, my AMD HD 7870 GHz Edition 2G D5  GPU drivers seem to mess up after restarting my system, either not letting me boot up my games completely anymore or just generally lower frame rate than usual, I found a temporary fix that ive been using by installing a new then old driver which worked as long as i didnt restart my pc, but then after like a couple days of running i would get occasional frame skips that would happen every 30-60 seconds and lasted for about .5 of a second. Is there and fix to this problem?

The process i use for the temporary fix.

Install latest, usually 18.4.2, or recently 18.5.1(sometimes clean restart, wiping older drivers)

restart

Video games bug out(i benchmark with CSGO and it wont load into any maps and freezes), other games freeze or have massive framedrops

Install driver 18.3.1

Fixes temporarily until restart

Sounds like something got corrupted as if you restart the problems come back. Only thing I can think of is a clean install of windows on a separate disk to test if your registry or something got messed up.
