Weird bug???

i was just idling on my desktop not knowing what to do... when suddenly my icons went to the paper blank icons for a split second and most of my Tray icons & programs are gone! its like it closed itself!
So i restart my PC and its all back to normal. Its like, this bug is random or what???

 

is this a virus? i frequently fully scan my whole computer but still no virus :/

i haven't really mess my computer and all my games runs fine (except for bf4 which crashes all the time <_<)

When 2 things meet each other, Quantum stuff happens.
