Motherboard still uses power to light up peripherals

Go to solution Solved by NoRomanBatmansAllowed,

That's completely normal for basically all motherboards.

Any Asus Prime b250m-k user here ?
Does your motherboard lights up your peripherals and also does your ethernet port blinks after PC shutdown ?

Want to know which mobo to get?

Spoiler

Choose whatever you need. Any more, you're wasting your money. Any less, and you don't get the features you need.

Only you know what you need to do with your computer, so nobody's really qualified to answer this question except for you.

That happens with all Motherboards. After a while, it does actually shut down and, things won't light up again.

Make sure to quote or tag people, so they get notified.

The network cards are always active for Wake On LAN. As for peripherals, most boards do that so you can charge your phone, etc off your PC while its off.

How  can I turn this off ?
