So, my budget is around 1100-1200 US Dollars.

All I need is : CPU, Motherboard, 1 SSD Drive (Pref M.2), Power Supply, RAM (8/16GB) and a computer disk drive.

What I currently have: Gigabyte GTX 1070 G1 Gaming, Sandisk 60GB SSD, 2TB WD Blue (I believe), 2TB Barracuda 3.5".

EDIT:

I prefer to build the computer around i7-8700, no plans for OC. Main plan is gaming only.

I'd like Intel only please. If you have other suggestions for CPU, let me know please.

Also would like to save money by not buying fancy RGB bs that costs more.

Here's the intel variation.
If you change your mind about the lighting features:聽

I added the RGB controller so you can also control the CPU cooler with the software.

If you don't buy the controller, you can just use the free mini-RGB controllers included with the CPU cooler & case.

It's should be a very good and beautiful gaming machine

Here are the compatible cablemod cables if you're interested聽https://cablemod.com/product-category/full-cable-kits/?filter_models=g3-g2-p2-t2

What about RGB bs that doesn't cost more?

Because if you look at the build I suggest, everything's included: You don't pay any additional fee.

The RGB fan & controller I added are just optional

The 8700k is worth it @Vibora聽imo, even if you're not overclocking, it fits your budget and it's better for gaming
