Been having Internet issues the past couple of days, Web pages, videos and images take a long time to load on every device. When i run a speedtest the speeds and ping are fine (its what we pay for). And when a run a tracert every single hop is a request time out. Any ideas?

is your router provided by your ISP (combined with your modem)? If so then it seems that they have set it to drop ICMP packets other than ping (ping and traceroute are both ICMP based but the specific type of packet is different). There likely isn't anything you can do about that other than get your own router.

Looking to buy GTX690, other multi-GPU cards, or single-slot graphics cards:

Then I don't know why your router isn't responding, it should be the first response. Unless you're running a VPN on your computer?

No im not running a vpn yet.

what router do you have? And are you able to test this issue (no responses in traceroutes) with either this computer on another network, or another computer on this network?
