instead of getting recommendations for each individual part of a build, best solution is to create a thread in the New Builds forums with a budget, location, and what the computer use is. this way you are not spending on what's better than what is best for the budget and getting best usage of your money.

 

spending money on doms or RGB, prolly can get you a better GPU or CPU or platform..

They are similarly priced (depending on timings, frequency and capacity) but I am a big fan of Dominator Platinum aesthetics.

There are Dominator versions with red heatsink tops. Keep in mind though that they have lights but standard heatsinks don't have cutouts for the light bar - you can either get it as an accessory from Corsair (only the grey version) or from CableMod (they have black heatsinks, so you can make it black with red lighting).
