Radeon Driver Questions

I was trying to help someone out with their Rx 480. We were both using a program called Games From Space. it just lets you mine for games. Something to use our cards when were arent gaming. Amd has somthing in their drivers and Rx 400 and 500 series cards should be able to swap between compute and graphics workload options. I have an R9 fury and I can do this just fine, they could not. We're both running the same version 18.5.1 and I'm confused as all hell. Here's what our radeon settings home pages look like I croped out the extra on his for privacy reasons. i don't really care for mine. I have no idea why they look so different. He just doesn't have the option to select workloads and according to AMD an rx 480 should be able to that.
