Gaming lags

Hi guys, i'm new here, wanna ask on how to configure prolink adsl2+ wireless router PRS1241B (i) qos to reduce lag on some gaming apps like LoL, cF, etc. We have 8 units and 5mbps internet speed, i don't wanna use some network limit application. Thank you guys for those who will help.

By the way, i live in PH. Connection of dsl because fiber is still not available here at our location.

What do you mean with 8 units? Do you mean 8 computers? 

Is cabeled internet an option?

 

I really don't see anyway to reduce lag with so limited internet connection.. Change the game settings?

I mean we have 8 computers and the problem we have is increasing ping. I want to reduce it. Is there a way without buying another router?

If 8 computers are active at once on a internet line that is 5mbps i can understand that you have a high ping. That's like 8 people fighting to get their letter to the post office first.

 

Only way i can imagine you getting a better ping is to use lower game settings.

Fps = pc performance
