Making a wired keyboard wireless?

Hello! I own a cooler master master keys pro s, it has a single micro USB detachable cable. I was wondering if I can get a Micro USB wireless dongle thing so I can use this keyboard while I'm sitting on the couch/laying back on my chair. Have any suggestions? is this possible?

It would be more effort (and definitely cost more)than it's worth as you'd have to figure out a way to keep it powered, making it wireless is the easy part  

 

Might as well just buy a cheap wireless keyboard for when you're on the couch/layed back, and keep your CM one for when you're sat at the desk.
