Are there any other cables required to boot exept 24 pin cpu power and start button. Cpu and case fan ?

if you don't have a graphics card with extra power connectors, this should be ok

 

• 24 pin ATX power
• 4 or 8 pin CPU power
• CPU fan
• case power button (you can also short these two pins with a metal object if you don't have a case at hand)

So long as you're only test booting or booting into BIOS, you can do that with just a 24 pin, cpu 8 pin and (depending on the board) cpu fan.

Theoretically speaking you only need the 24 pin and the 4 or 8 pin to power on the PC if there is a decent passive heatsink.

Temps will obviously be higher than normal as one would assume. And otherwise, the CPU would save itself and shut the machine down.
