Try messing around with focus and brightness.

 

If none of those help you might be looking for a new bulb.

Well the problem is that it doesn't look like this on the menu. I'm thinking it's the signal from the computer messing with it. I'm going to try rca video and see if it does the same. 

Specs: CPU: Intel I7 4790k @ 4.7ghz  GPU: GTX 1660 TI
