change name on links?

Just a quick question.

 

I know there is way to change name on links. We say i send my friend "www.youtube.com" as a link to someone. But i want to change name for the link for example "hello". But when i changed name on the link i still come into Youtube.com nothing else.

 

So how do i change name on links?

Probably no way I know of to do that in skype
