PLEASE HELP! USB Root Hub waking PC

So, my computer won't stay in standby/sleep or in hibernation mode for even a second. As soon as it enters standby mode, it turns back on. According to event viewer USB Root Hub is waking the PC. How do I prevent it from doing that since there are no such thing in device manager? Also if it helps, this all started after the last big windows update..
